Our clients must be sure that the ordered item will fit easily in the apartment (target room, corridors, doors). All delivered items must be unpacked and their condition must be checked by the recipient (customer) before signing the acknowledgment of receipt. If there is a defect, this must be stated on the delivery receipt. After the customer has signed the confirmation, we cannot accept any complaints about damage caused by transport.

The sofa is made individually for the customer. The waiting time is 3 to 8 weeks, this time is needed to carefully manufacture the sofa and safely deliver it to the customer
